Education and Support Groups

Support groups offer valuable connection and community for birthing people and their partners, providing a space to share experiences, ask questions, and receive encouragement from others on a similar journey. These groups help reduce feelings of isolation, build confidence, and create a sense of solidarity through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. For many people, support groups become a trusted circle where they feel seen, heard, and empowered—complementing the one-on-one care provided by their doula.

Healing Waters
Support Circle for Survivor of Sexualized Violence

A weekly, trauma-informed support group for survivors of sexual violence navigating pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. This group provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to contextualize your experiences, build connection, and access tools for healing during this transformative time.

Led by a trained doula with experience supporting survivors, each session includes grounding practices, open sharing, and gentle guidance tailored to your needs.

Meets weekly | Sliding scale $80–$100/month

All genders and identities are welcome.

You don’t have to go through this alone — come as you are, and be held in care.

Partners In Parenthood
Postpartum Support Circle for Couples

This weekly group is designed to support couples as they navigate the early weeks and months of life with a new baby. Led by a doula, the circle offers a safe, supportive space to strengthen your connection as partners, build healthy communication, and learn tools to co-create a calm, nurturing environment for your growing family. Together, we’ll explore the emotional and practical shifts that come with new parenthood, helping you feel more grounded, heard, and united as you care for yourselves, each other, and your baby.

Meets weekly | Sliding scale $80–$100/month

All genders and identities are welcome.

Live Like it Ends
Monthly Conversations about Life and Death

This group is an invitation to pause. To look gently at your life as it is. To ask honest questions. To notice what matters.

Whether you are living with a life-limiting illness, walking alongside uncertainty, or simply feeling called to reflect more deeply on how you are spending your days, you are welcome here.

Together, we will explore:

  • What gives my life meaning right now?

  • Where am I longing for repair, release, or reconciliation?

  • What feels essential — and what no longer does?

  • If I want to “die wisely,” what might it mean to live wisely today?

This circle is not about rushing toward acceptance or forcing peace. It is about making space — for grief, for gratitude, for fear, for love. For the ordinary and extraordinary truths of being human.

As a death doula, I hold this space with steadiness and care. My role is not to lead you toward answers, but to support you in uncovering your own. In speaking aloud what has been sitting quietly inside. In remembering that even at the edge of life — or in the middle of it — there is still room for choice, meaning, and connection.

We gather not to dwell on dying, but to illuminate living.
