Booking Process

Initial Consultation
We’ll begin with a free consultation—by phone or video—to discuss your needs, answer questions, and see if we’re a good fit.

Intake Form
If you decide to move forward, you’ll receive a brief intake form to help me better understand your unique journey and how I can support you.

Contract & Scheduling
Once your intake is complete, I’ll send over a service agreement outlining the details of our work together. After signing, your spot will be secured and we’ll move forward with planning your care.
