Your pregnancy journey is unique, and you deserve support that honors every part of it.
From emotional and informational guidance during pregnancy, to hands-on care during birth and postpartum, I’m here to walk alongside you. You’ll have 24/7 on-call access starting from date of hire to 6 weeks post partum, personalized prenatal visits, and a custom birth preference plan that reflects your values and wishes. I’ll help prepare your home, attend appointments if you’d like, support you during labor, and offer care for siblings so you can focus fully on your experience. Whether you need support in navigating your options, emotional reassurance, or a calm presence in the room, I’m here for you. We also offer event planning for baby showers, gender reveals, and special celebrations—so you can mark this beautiful season your way.

Prenatal Support

Emotional & Informational Guidance throughout your pregnancy

24/7 On-Call Support for questions, reassurance, or updates

Two Prenatal Visits (at least one in person) to build trust, discuss preferences, and explore comfort techniques

Birth Preference Planning to help shape your ideal birth and discuss how I can best support in the case of unexpected circumstances

Appointment Accompaniment for medical or community visits where extra support is helpful

Meal Preparation of light, nourishing snacks/meals in preparation for birth or postpartum recovery
Labor and Birth Support

Continuous In-Person Support from early labour until after baby arrives

Comfort Measures including breathwork, massage, movement, and calming rituals

Postpartum Transition

1–2 Postpartum Visits, including a birth debrief, newborn care questions, and emotional check-ins

Postpartum Care Planning: Setting up a meal train, coordinating in-home support, and connecting you with mental health resources

“Home Going” Support: For those who wish, I support in connection to traditional or cultural birth and postpartum practices and Elders/Knowledge Keepers
